Mig-Paste has been formulated for the heavy duty environments of the welding and industrial engineering industry. Mig-Paste is applied to “Mig” type welding nozzles to prevent the adhesion of spatter. Until now, the answer to this application problem has been ‘Anti-Spatter’ sprays, but these have not been successful ‘time savers’ and require reapplication every 10-15 welds with cleaning. In such a competitive industry time is important.

Thermocut is specifically designed to replace present lubricants used in the drilling processes of engineering. In operation Thermocut will actually melt at normal drilling temperatures; becoming a light liquid which will penetrate the cutting process; lubricating and cooling all points of contact between the drill piece and the article being worked. This makes most other lubricants that stay only on the surface or ‘flick-off’ the metal or the drill, obsolete. After use Thermocut will wash-off the work and drill piece with light thinners or soap and water, after which the surface is fully “paintable”.

Chemlube Paintable ANTI-SPATTER is the welders’ friend! It is an all-purpose guard against welding spatter adhering to metal in unwanted places during the welding process. It can also be applied to the nozzle of MIG welders to prevent unwanted spatter sticking to the nozzle.
